For Cancellations of an appointment, class or event made at least 24 hours in advance of that appointment VI Therapy (Via Setmore Booking System) will provide a full refund of any payment or advanced deposit.

If you fail to attend an appointment, class or event without giving 24 hours notice no refunds or credits will be provided.
