Having graduated in 2018 from Cardiff University with a BSc in Physiotherapy, Sharif has experience in both clinic and professional sports (Hemel Hempstead FC & Rugby).
Sharif holds a qualification in: Spinal Manipulation, Level 4 Sports Massage, Level 4 Cupping Therapy, Level 3 Personal Training, and Medical Acupuncture.
Having over 6 Years experience means he is extremely well versed in treating all types of conditions, including shoulder pain, knee and ankle injuries or back and neck pains.
With a patient-centered approach and charismatic charm, Sharif will lead you to your full potential.

Gulnaz embarked on her nursing journey in Wales, subsequently attaining qualifications in advanced Cupping/Hijama and Medical Acupuncture.
She is a diligent and dedicated professional, radiating confidence, compassion, and a cheerful demeanor.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Gulnaz enjoys traveling, cherishing moments with family and friends, and engaging in outdoor activities.
With certifications in Sports Massage and Acupuncture, she is passionate about holistic health and wellness, firmly believing that true well-being encompasses balance of body, mind, and spirit.
